East Surrey Subregional - Mole Valley

Step 1 - Registration

You will be able to apply for properties through Mole Valley HomeChoice if you have an active Housing Register application with Mole Valley Council.  If you are unsure whether you are on the Register please contact us to find out.

You will be able to apply for sub-regional properties through East Surrey Homechoice if you are registered with Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Epsom & Ewell or Tandridge Councils.

For details on how to apply to join the housing register click Who Can Use the Service.

Either at the start of the scheme or when you are accepted on to the housing register we will write to tell you:

  • Your housing application number
  • Your Band and effective date.
  • The band your application has been placed in and your "effective" date. Click Prioritising Applications for more information.
  • The number of bedrooms you are entitled to.

You must tell us if there are any changes in your circumstances so that we can reassess your application and if necessary make changes to your points, band and priority date.
