From April 2027, East Surrey Council and West Surrey Council will provide local services through new council websites.
Future Surrey is inviting people from across Surrey to help shape those websites by taking part in a short survey.
The survey asks participants where they would expect to find common council information and services. There are no right or wrong answers. We simply want to understand how people naturally look for information online.
Your feedback will help ensure the future websites are easy to use and organised in a way that makes sense to residents, businesses and communities.
The survey takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete and is open until 10am on Monday 5 October.
Supported drop-in sessions will also take place at:
- Woking Library – Tuesday 29 September, 10am to 4pm
- Redhill Library – Thursday 1 October, 10am to 4pm
No booking is required.
