Please note there is a change to the log in process following an upgrade on the Home Choice Website.
The Home Choice website has been upgraded to include a tighter security feature when you log onto your Home Choice account.
You will now need 3 pieces of information when you log into your Home Choice Account.
- Your log in reference number
- your memorable date
- and now an additional password.
If you are already registered on Home Choice you will be prompted to create a password when you first log in. This will need to be a minimum or 6 but no more than 10 Characters.
The password will need to include at least 2 lower and 2 upper case letters and at least 2 numbers – the system will lead you through this process.
Please remember the password as you will be asked to input this at each future log in.
If you are new to Home Choice you will be asked to create a password when you register in the same way as described above.
There is a facility to recover forgotten passwords. You will need to follow the on screen prompts to do this. You will asked for additional security questions and the reset password will be sent via email.
