If you refuse a property your band priority may be reduced
Published: Friday 18 June 2021We have recently seen an increase in the number of properties being refused by households after they have been nominated to them. Please remember that refusals of properties that we consider to be suitable for your needs may result in your application being reviewed and your banding being reduced, or you even being removed from the housing register entirely.
